هُوَ الَّذٖی یُرٖیكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَیُنْشِئُ السَّحَابَ الثِّقَالَۚ
Huwa allathee yureekumu albarqa khawfan watamaAAan wayunshio alssahaba alththiqala
Translations
It is He who shows you lightening, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds
Saheeh International
He it is Who showeth you the lightning, a fear and a hope, and raiseth the heavy clouds
