اِذَا زُلْزِلَتِ الْاَرْضُ زِلْزَالَهَاۙ
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake

الزِّلْزَالِ
99. Az-Zalzalah

وَاَخْرَجَتِ الْاَرْضُ اَثْقَالَهَاۙ
And the earth discharges its burdens
Saheeh Intl
وَقَالَ الْاِنْسَانُ مَا لَهَاۚ
And man says, "What is [wrong] with it
Saheeh Intl
یَوْمَئِذٍ تُحَدِّثُ اَخْبَارَهَاۙ
That Day, it will report its news
Saheeh Intl
بِاَنَّ رَبَّكَ اَوْحٰى لَهَاؕ
Because your Lord has commanded it
Saheeh Intl
یَوْمَئِذٍ یَصْدُرُ النَّاسُ اَشْتَاتًا لِیُرَوْا اَعْمَالَهُمْؕ
That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds
Saheeh Intl
فَمَنْ یَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَیْرًا یَرَهُؕ
So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it
Saheeh Intl
وَمَنْ یَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا یَرَهُ
And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it
