وَتَرَى الْمُجْرِمٖینَ یَوْمَئِذٍ مُقَرَّنٖینَ فِی الْاَصْفَادِۚ
Watara almujrimeena yawmaithin muqarraneena fee alasfadi
Translations
And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles

Thou wilt see the guilty on that day linked together in chains
