رُبَمَا یَوَدُّ الَّذٖینَ كَفَرُوا لَوْ كَانُوا مُسْلِمٖینَ
Rubama yawaddu allatheena kafaroo law kanoo muslimeena
Translations
Perhaps those who disbelieve will wish that they had been Muslims
