لَا یَسْبِقُونَهُ بِالْقَوْلِ وَهُمْ بِاَمْرِهٖ یَعْمَلُونَ
La yasbiqoonahu bialqawli wahum biamrihi yaAAmaloona
Translations
They cannot precede Him in word, and they act by His command
