طٰسٓࣞ تِلْكَ اٰیَاتُ الْقُرْاٰنِ وَكِتَابٍ مُبٖینٍۙ
Taseen tilka ayatu alqurani wakitabin mubeenin

Ta, Seen. These are the verses of the Qur'an and a clear Book
