ضُرِبَتْ عَلَیْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ اَیْنَ مَا ثُقِفُٓوا اِلَّا بِحَبْلٍ مِنَ اللّٰهِ وَحَبْلٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ وَبَٓاؤُ𐻿 بِغَضَبٍ مِنَ اللّٰهِ وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَیْهِمُ الْمَسْكَنَةُؕ ذٰلِكَ بِاَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا یَكْفُرُونَ بِاٰیَاتِ اللّٰهِ وَیَقْتُلُونَ الْاَنْبِیَٓاءَ بِغَیْرِ حَقٍّؕ ذٰلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوْا وَكَانُوا یَعْتَدُونَࣞ
Duribat AAalayhimu alththillatu ayna ma thuqifoo illa bihablin mina Allahi wahablin mina alnnasi wabaoo bighadabin mina Allahi waduribat AAalayhimu almaskanatu thalika biannahum kanoo yakfuroona biayati Allahi wayaqtuloona alanbiyaa bighayri haqqin thalika bima AAasaw wakanoo yaAAtadoona
Translations
They have been put under humiliation [by Allah] wherever they are overtaken, except for a covenant from Allah and a rope from the Muslims. And they have drawn upon themselves anger from Allah and have been put under destitution. That is because they disbelieved in the verses of Allah and killed the prophets without right. That is because they disobeyed and [habitually] transgressed
Saheeh International
Ignominy shall be their portion wheresoever they are found save (where they grasp) a rope from Allah and a rope from men. They have incurred anger from their Lord, and wretchedness is laid upon them. That is because they used to disbelieve the revelations of Allah, and slew the prophets wrongfully. That is because they were rebellious and used to transgress
