وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ وَلَا مُؤْمِنَةٍ اِذَا قَضَى اللّٰهُ وَرَسُولُهُٓ اَمْرًا اَنْ یَكُونَ لَهُمُ الْخِیَرَةُ مِنْ اَمْرِهِمْؕ وَمَنْ یَعْصِ اللّٰهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ ضَلَالًا مُبٖینًا
Wama kana limuminin wala muminatin itha qada Allahu warasooluhu amran an yakoona lahumu alkhiyaratu min amrihim waman yaAAsi Allaha warasoolahu faqad dalla dalalan mubeenan
Translations
It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error
Saheeh International
And it becometh not a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His messenger have decided an affair (for them), that they should (after that) claim any say in their affair; and whoso is rebellious to Allah and His messenger, he verily goeth astray in error manifest
