36:8
اِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فٖٓی اَعْنَاقِهِمْ اَغْلَالًا فَهِیَ اِلَى الْاَذْقَانِ فَهُمْ مُقْمَحُونَ
Inna jaAAalna fee aAAnaqihim aghlalan fahiya ila alathqani fahum muqmahoona
Translations
Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft
Saheeh International
Lo! We have put on their necks carcans reaching unto the chins, so that they are made stiff-necked
