اِذِ الْاَغْلَالُ فٖٓی اَعْنَاقِهِمْ وَالسَّلَاسِلُؕ یُسْحَبُونَۙ
Ithi alaghlalu fee aAAnaqihim waalssalasilu yushaboona

When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged
