41:3
كِتَابٌ فُصِّلَتْ اٰیَاتُهُ قُرْاٰنًا عَرَبِیًّا لِقَوْمٍ یَعْلَمُونَۙ
Kitabun fussilat ayatuhu quranan AAarabiyyan liqawmin yaAAlamoona

A Book whose verses have been detailed, an Arabic Qur'an for a people who know
Saheeh International
A Scripture whereof the verses are expounded, a Lecture in Arabic for people who have knowledge
