لَا یُفَتَّرُ عَنْهُمْ وَهُمْ فٖیهِ مُبْلِسُونَۚ
La yufattaru AAanhum wahum feehi mublisoona
Translations
It will not be allowed to subside for them, and they, therein, are in despair

It is not relaxed for them, and they despair therein
