ثُمَّ تَوَلَّوْا عَنْهُ وَقَالُوا مُعَلَّمٌ مَجْنُونٌۘ
Thumma tawallaw AAanhu waqaloo muAAallamun majnoonun
Translations
Then they turned away from him and said, "[He was] taught [and is] a madman
