5:111
وَاِذْ اَوْحَیْتُ اِلَى الْحَوَارِیّٖنَ اَنْ اٰمِنُوا بٖی وَبِرَسُولٖیۚ قَالُٓوا اٰمَنَّا وَاشْهَدْ بِاَنَّنَا مُسْلِمُونَ
Waith awhaytu ila alhawariyyeena an aminoo bee wabirasoolee qaloo amanna waishhad biannana muslimoona
Translations
And [remember] when I inspired to the disciples, "Believe in Me and in My messenger Jesus." They said, "We have believed, so bear witness that indeed we are Muslims [in submission to Allah]
Saheeh International
And when I inspired the disciples, (saying): Believe in Me and in My messenger, they said: We believe. Bear witness that we have surrendered (unto Thee) "we are muslims
