اَمْ تَاْمُرُهُمْ اَحْلَامُهُمْ بِهٰذَٓا اَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَۚ
Am tamuruhum ahlamuhum bihatha am hum qawmun taghoona
Translations
Or do their minds command them to [say] this, or are they a transgressing people

Do their minds command them to do this, or are they an outrageous folk
