اَمْ خُلِقُوا مِنْ غَیْرِ شَیْءٍ اَمْ هُمُ الْخَالِقُونَؕ
Am khuliqoo min ghayri shayin am humu alkhaliqoona
Translations
Or were they created by nothing, or were they the creators [of themselves]
