تَجْرٖی بِاَعْیُنِنَاۚ جَزَٓاءً لِمَنْ كَانَ كُفِرَ
Tajree biaAAyunina jazaan liman kana kufira
Translations
Sailing under Our observation as reward for he who had been denied

That ran (upon the waters) in Our sight, as a reward for him who was rejected
