67:2
اَلَّذٖی خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَیٰوةَ لِیَبْلُوَكُمْ اَیُّكُمْ اَحْسَنُ عَمَلًاؕ وَهُوَ الْعَزٖیزُ الْغَفُورُۙ
Allathee khalaqa almawta waalhayata liyabluwakum ayyukum ahsanu AAamalan wahuwa alAAazeezu alghafooru
Translations
[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed - and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving
Saheeh International
Who hath created life and death that He may try you which of you is best in conduct; and He is the Mighty, the Forgiving
