عَلٰٓى اَنْ نُبَدِّلَ خَیْرًا مِنْهُمْۙ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقٖینَ
AAala an nubaddila khayran minhum wama nahnu bimasbooqeena
Translations
To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone
Saheeh International
To replace them by (others) better than them. And we are not to be outrun
