لِمَنْ شَٓاءَ مِنْكُمْ اَنْ یَتَقَدَّمَ اَوْ یَتَاَخَّرَؕ
Liman shaa minkum an yataqaddama aw yataakhkhara

To whoever wills among you to proceed or stay behind
