76:30
وَمَا تَشَٓاؤُ𐻿نَ اِلَّٓا اَنْ یَشَٓاءَ اللّٰهُؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلٖیمًا حَكٖیمًاࣗ
Wama tashaoona illa an yashaa Allahu inna Allaha kana AAaleeman hakeeman
Translations
And you do not will except that Allah wills. Indeed, Allah is ever Knowing and Wise
Saheeh International
Yet ye will not, unless Allah willeth. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise
