وَاِذَا قٖیلَ لَهُمُ ارْكَعُوا لَا یَرْكَعُونَ
Waitha qeela lahumu irkaAAoo la yarkaAAoona
Translations
And when it is said to them, "Bow [in prayer]," they do not bow
