اِذْ یُوحٖی رَبُّكَ اِلَى الْمَلٰٓئِكَةِ اَنّٖی مَعَكُمْ فَثَبِّتُوا الَّذٖینَ اٰمَنُواؕ سَاُلْقٖی فٖی قُلُوبِ الَّذٖینَ كَفَرُوا الرُّعْبَ فَاضْرِبُوا فَوْقَ الْاَعْنَاقِ وَاضْرِبُوا مِنْهُمْ كُلَّ بَنَانٍؕ
Ith yoohee rabbuka ila almalaikati annee maAAakum fathabbitoo allatheena amanoo saolqee fee quloobi allatheena kafaroo alrruAAba faidriboo fawqa alaAAnaqi waidriboo minhum kulla bananin
Translations
[Remember] when your Lord inspired to the angels, "I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip
Saheeh International
When thy Lord inspired the angels, (saying): I am with you. So make those who believe stand firm. I will throw fear into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Then smite the necks and smite of them each finger
