81:29
وَمَا تَشَٓاؤُ𐻿نَ اِلَّٓا اَنْ یَشَٓاءَ اللّٰهُ رَبُّ الْعَالَمٖینَ
Wama tashaoona illa an yashaa Allahu rabbu alAAalameena
Translations
And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds
Saheeh International
And ye will not, unless (it be) that Allah willeth, the Lord of Creation
