83:29
اِنَّ الَّذٖینَ اَجْرَمُوا كَانُوا مِنَ الَّذٖینَ اٰمَنُوا یَضْحَكُونَؗ
Inna allatheena ajramoo kanoo mina allatheena amanoo yadhakoona
Translations
Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed
