قَالَ اَرَاغِبٌ اَنْتَ عَنْ اٰلِهَتٖی یَٓا اِبْرٰهٖیمُۚ لَئِنْ لَمْ تَنْتَهِ𐻾 لَاَرْجُمَنَّكَ وَاهْجُرْنٖی مَلِیًّا
Qala araghibun anta AAan alihatee ya ibraheemu lain lam tantahi laarjumannaka waohjurnee maliyyan
Traductions
Il dit: «O Abraham, aurais-tu du dédain pour mes divinités? Si tu ne cesses pas, certes je te lapiderai, éloigne-toi de moi pour bien longtemps»

Son père répliqua : « Te détournerais-tu, Abraham, de mes divinités ? Si tu ne cesses pas de les dénigrer, je te ferai lapider. Eloigne-toi de moi pour longtemps. »
